Bangkok – City Automobiles Co., Ltd, the authorised distributor of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles in Thailand, is presenting the All-New Range Rover Sport, its latest SUV from the Range Rover lineage to the Thai market. The All-New Range Rover Sport offers a luxurious and exhilarating sporty driving experience with state-of-the-art capability on-road and off, making it especially suited to the Thai market, and emphasising Land Rover’s commitment to growing its brand in Thailand.

All New lightweight construction and style

Land Rover’s world-leading reputation for innovation has brought to market a vehicle which offers stunning acceleration, high speed capability, safety, stability and refinement which can be used in any and all types of weather and terrain. This is the first vehicle in its class to adopt a lightweight all-aluminium platform and body which delivers a sleek and contemporary appearance without sacrificing its credentials as a high-ability SUV. The second generation Range Rover Sport is a bold evolution of the iconic original that has been designed to appeal to younger affluent consumers with dynamic lifestyles.

High ability credentials – the Sporty luxury SUV

Sanpong Chuenroj, Managing Director - City Automobiles Co. Ltd., said “The All-New Range Rover Sport is the ultimate premium sports SUV- the fastest, most agile and responsive Land Rover ever. The original car have been sold 415,000 units worldwide from 2005-2013, and now the second generation brings ‘More Range Rover, More Sport’ – its defining concept which will drive strong sales at and following the Motor Expo. The new car serves its luxury sports market with a driving console that brings the driver closer to the action, plus our signature Command Driving Position which emphasises driver control and sense of occasion. This car is faster and more agile than most luxury SUVs, hitting 0-100 km/h in just five seconds (V8) – that’s quick for even a lightweight sports car.  The SDV6 3.0 Diesels and LR-V8 5.0 Supercharged engines will be available in Thailand from 7,7500,000 – 10,050,000 THB.”

The vehicle fulfils driver demands for a 4x4 that offers a high-powered, enjoyable driving sensation with cutting edge style and features; the car’s digital dashboard and forward-looking design motifs reflect this brief ably.
