McLaren Bangkok's first 'Track Day Experience'

Bangkok – McLaren Bangkok led by Vittawat Chinabarramee, Managing Director of Niche Cars Group, recently organized the first “Track Day Experience” activity, offering Thai celebrities who are McLaren's loyal fans an exclusive test drive experience at Bira Circuit, a World's renowned racing track in Pattaya, in Thailand. The event also held 'Slalom Brake Station' activity, letting all celebrities enjoying fun moment with their own supercars as well as testing performance of McLaren 720s, the latest innovation, for the first time on the real racing track.

         Thai celebrities joining the exciting event were Piyawat Kempetch, a famous event host and an owner of McLaren 570s ; Jaksawatr Attaskulchai, CEO and Co-Founder at Instawash ASEAN and an owner of McLaren 720s; Sarun Sereethoranakul, a well-known racing car driver and a champion of Thailand Super Series 2016, joining the event with his beloved McLaren 720s.

         Making it even more special, McLaren Bangkok also introduced CK Lim, Instructor at McLaren Automotive Asia Pacific to share his driving knowledge and tricks for all celebrities to have even more thrilling experience with McLaren 720s on the racing track.

This year in Thailand-what next?

It is commonplace in journalism to write two types of articles at the transition point between the year that has passed and the New Year. As this writer qualifies as an “old hand” in observing Thailand with a track record dating back 14 years, it is time take a shot at what may unfold in Thailand in 2011.

The first issue that can’t be answered is the health of Thailand’s beloved King Bhumibol, who is now 83 years old. He is the world's longest reigning monarch, but elaborate birthday celebrations in December failed to mask concern over his health. More
