Elitecore Positioned in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management for CSPs, 2013

MUMBAI, India and DUBAI, UAE, Nov. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Elitecore, a leading provider of BSS and packet core solution, announces that it has been positioned as Niche Players in Gartner Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for CSPs, 2013*.

The Magic Quadrant for IRCM for CSPs rates solution suites that provide billing, customer care, rating, charging, pricing, partner relationship management, policy management, mediation, self-service, analytics and other functions. This Magic Quadrant will help CIOs and business and IT leaders that are developing their IRCM strategies to assess whether they have the right products and solutions to support them.

Elitecore is among 18 worldwide IRCM vendors mentioned in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for IRCM for CSPs based on two criteria : Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute.

Completeness of Vision is a combination of domain expertise, appropriate go-to-market strategy and a focus on innovation in product functionality and enabling technology; and

Ability to execute is a combination of factors driven by product functionality, architecture and performance, and by the ability to meet customer expectations during product delivery and operation.

Says Nikhil Jain, COO & Director, Elitecore Technologies, " We attribute Elitecore's recognition in Magic Quadrant to our satisfied customer base. Through our pre-integrated stack, we have helped operators benefit from our flexible and agile Billing, PCRF, 3GPP-AAA, Diameter Signaling, Online Charging and customer care solutions to roll out next-generation IP-based services fulfilling their monetization goals and customer care strategies."

Gartner predicts the worldwide IRCM market to grow from around $18 billion in 2013 to more than $20 billion in 2017.
