Elements introduces new lunch concept
Newly-appointed Okura Prestige Bangkok Chef de Cuisine Henry Jordan is the driving force behind a new lunch concept at the hotel’s international dining venue Elements.
Elements opens for lunch for the first time on Tuesday 14 January 2014 with an evolving set menu that provides the perfect blend and balance of nutrition, convenience and value.
“Elements has gained a deserved reputation for outstanding cuisine. Now we are applying our expertise and creativity to a lunch menu that features four dishes for each course plus flavoured table water and tea/coffee for a set price of Baht 910++.
“Whilst we are certainly catering for busy business executives our lunch concept is designed to attract a very broad cross-section of local and international guests,” says
Starter choices include salad, soup, Carpaccio and fish. Main course dishes always feature pasta, meat, fish and a vegetarian option and the desserts include such items as ice cream, mousse, cr?me br?l?e and fresh fruit.
Price is subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
