Blue Diamond Fun Art Day Workshop Paints a Healthy Message

about its Almond Breeze Almond Milk Brand Ahead of October’s Vegetarian Festival

Bangkok– Blue Diamond Growers, a US-based almond-growing agricultural cooperative based in Sacramento, in California, is spreading the message about the natural goodness of its Almond Breeze range with an interactive ‘Fun Art Day Workshop’ for media at Sukhumvit 49’s innovative Paintbar, on the 6th Floor of Piman 49 complex; promising to add a healthy boost for consumers before Thailand’s Vegetarian Festival this October.
During the creative workshop, the origins of almonds are explored with an art session where media attendees and VIP guests are invited to paint almond trees on their own easels. With paper and paints set up in the art-studio-bar concept space, the session is a way of appreciating the natural ingredients in the Almond Breeze almond milk range made from the finest quality California almonds and manufactured in Thailand under the Heritage Group.
Since there are different varietals, the time frame of when blooms occur can vary. Climate variation is considered one of the most critical phases in growing almond trees since it can profoundly impact the harvest size. Between late February and early March, almond tree buds burst into beautiful light pink and white blooms in preparation for pollination, which has given us the inspiration for our Fun art day workshop with almond breeze today.
International Business Development Manager for Blue Diamond, Nitin Batra, opens the workshop with a welcome speech highlighting what the Almond Breeze Fun Art Day Workshop is all about. “Leading a healthy lifestyle is an expression of who you are more and more people are embracing a creative and positive attitude to life and want to add wonderful natural ingredients such as California almonds which go into creating Almond Breeze into their daily diets.”
Brand Ambassador for Blue Diamond Almond Breeze, Thai actress and model, Matcha Mosimann also joins in the afternoon event, talking about her tips on how she keeps fit and stays healthy; as she encourages others to do the same especially during Thailand’s Vegetarian Festival, running from October 8-17, 2018.
Renowned Thai Health and fitness blogger, Jessica Cuny will be sharing and serving up a secret Almond Breeze drink recipe during the workshop too; “Energy boost almond breeze Latte smoothie” and “Antioxidants super berries almond breeze smoothies”. Her concoction shows the versatility of the delicious, lactose-free, zero cholesterol Almond Breeze beverage that is packed with nutrients and vitamins.
Almond Breeze is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids as well as anti-oxidants, with Almond Breeze Matcha made from 100% matcha from Japan and Almomd Breeze Latte made from 100% Arabica coffee beans; with both flavors launched in June 2018.
Almond Breeze is available in six flavors; Original, Unsweetened, Vanilla, Chocolate and Latte, which are vegetarian as well as Matcha flavor. All varieties are available at convenience stores and supermarkets throughout Thailand in 180 ml and 946 ml carton sizes.

This year in Thailand-what next?

AseanAffairs   04 January 2011
By David Swartzentruber

It is commonplace in journalism to write two types of articles at the transition point between the year that has passed and the New Year. As this writer qualifies as an “old hand” in observing Thailand with a track record dating back 14 years, it is time take a shot at what may unfold in Thailand in 2011.

The first issue that can’t be answered is the health of Thailand’s beloved King Bhumibol, who is now 83 years old. He is the world's longest reigning monarch, but elaborate birthday celebrations in December failed to mask concern over his health. More
