Best Western Attends ITE HCMC 2013

(Bangkok – September 11, 2013): Best Western Asia will be participating in the 9th ITE HCMC 2013 that is to be held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) during 12-14 September, 2013.

This year's ITE HCMC will see more than 7,000 trade visitors and buyers from over 50 countries participating. For Best Western, which currently has a portfolio of more than 200 hotels across 27 countries in Asia and the Middle East, this event will offer a wonderful opportunity to meet and do businesses with travel trade partners from across the region.

It is commonplace in journalism to write two types of articles at the transition point between the year that has passed and the New Year. As this writer qualifies as an “old hand” in observing Thailand with a track record dating back 14 years, it is time take a shot at what may unfold in Thailand in 2011.

The first issue that can’t be answered is the health of Thailand’s beloved King Bhumibol, who is now 83 years old. He is the world's longest reigning monarch, but elaborate birthday celebrations in December failed to mask concern over his health. More
