Regional discussion on bioterrorism
Police from ten Asean member countries met here for a two-day discussion of the way how to deal with bioterrorism on July 5 and 6.

In the two-day discussion, the Asean police will exchange ideas and latest information on bioterrism in Asean countries, National Police spokesman Senior Commissioner Bambang Kuncoko said July 5.

He said a number of bioterrorism experts from Interpol and Asean member countries would also take part in the meeting to discuss the matter.

The discussion was opened by the head of National Police`s Criminal Investigation Department Commissioner General Bambang Hendarso Danuri and would be closed by the chief of National Central Bureau Brig. Gen. Iskandar Hassan. Antara
