The 10 affected toll roads are the Jakarta-Merak highway, Surabaya-Gempol, Padalarang, Cileunyi, Cawang-Tomang-Pluit, Belawan-Medan-Tanjung Morawa, Ulujami-Pondok Aren, Palimanan-Kanci, Semarang, Cawang-Tanjung Priok-Jembatan Tiga.
